My first time staying in a boathouse and Mr Ayub and Rafiq were wonderful hosts. The boats are beautifully decorated and charming. Well equipped with all the necessities and comfortable bed to rest. The food was delicious too. Next time I go back to India I will definitely stay here.

First time staying on a boat house in Kashmir was a pleasant life time experience. Well decorated comfortable and clean. Delicious home made food. Rafik went above and beyond to make it unforgettable.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

I had an excellent stay at the Rolex House Boat, owned by Ayub and hosted by Rafeek. They were both very welcoming and taught me a lot about Kashmiri culture during my short visit. I highly recommend staying with them.

Very nice experience to have stayed at this boathouse. I am a solo woman traveller and had a quick pit stop in srinagar and it was really nice to stay at Yuvraj boat house. The experience was lovely all owing Ayub bhai (owner) and very much because of Rafeek bhai (care taker). The food was home made and very nice. I tried Kashmiri delicacies and they also organized my shikara ride along with other rides around Srinagar. I also bought walnuts, almonds, attar, pashmina shawl (amazing!) and jewellery at the boat house, they have good vendors. They made my stay really amazing, safe and very welcoming. This boat house is close to the ghat entry (just 2 mins on boat to reach) and is in a active environment. For this range it is good pick and more so for warm hospitality!

We traveled as group of two families with kids , the Hospitality was not just good but great. Kudos to Rafique ji , our host , who made the stay friendly and comfortable.
The food was simple and home made.
The houseboat itself was comfortable and well decorated.
If u ever stay in houseboat for first time and feel the furniture and items are old and kinda rusty, then plz dont be confused as most of the houseboats are are atleast 10-20 years old and new HB actually are rare.
